The duo, stallowners Joe and Donovan, met as co-workers at the Five Guys fast food chain at Plaza Singapura.

Donovan was at Taichung, Taiwan for his wedding photoshoot, and there, he met an Ah Mah, who cooked a bowl of braised pork rice, that Donovan felt suited Singaporean tastebuds. He boldly asked for the recipe which Ah Mah kindly gave him, though just roughly. Donovan subsequently adjusted and improved the recipe in Singapore.

Joe had been in the service industry for 10 years, and ventured out to become a hawker. Along the way, the young duo faced challenges, but they had the support of their family and friends who gave them support and expertise.

Now, the duo serves delicious bowls of Braised Pork Rice (), as well as warm, filling bowls of Pig Intestine Mee Hua (), with the option of shredded chicken!

Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken () is also served, fried upon order. Come try the duos food which brings you the tastes of Taiwan!
