Mandarin Orange Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients
55 g chocolate
50 g unsalted butter
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg (beaten)
2 Tbsp cake flour
peeled mandarin orange segments
powdered sugar

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200.
2. Put the chocolate and butter into a microwave-save dish and microwave (600w) for 50 seconds.
3. Mix 2 well, continue to stir while adding the granulated sugar and egg, then add the cake flour and mix until combined.
4. Butter (not listed) ramekins, chill them in the fridge, then dust with cake flour (not listed) and add 3 until theyre 1/3 full.
5. Add roughly chopped mandarin orange pieces to the center, add more of 3, then bake for 10 minutes.
6. Remove from the ramekins, and dust with powdered sugar.
