Yuzukosh Pork
Ingredients
100g pork belly
salt
pepper
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp yuzukosh (chili pepper & yuzu peel paste)

Directions
1. Put the pork into a bowl, and add salt, pepper, butter and yuzukosh and mix.
2. Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a frying pan and cook 1.

Coleslaw
Ingredients(serves 1)
1 cabbage leaf
1/4 carrot
1/8 onion
salt
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
pepper
1 Tbsp mayonnaise

Directions
1. Cut the cabbage and carrot into thin strips.
2. Slice the onion and soak it in water for about 10 minutes, and then drain.
3. Put the cabbage and carrot into a bowl, season with salt and mix, then add 2 and raisins, and mix.
4. To 3 add white wine vinegar, pepper, and mayonnaise, and mix well.

Served with
