Pork & Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
pork loin (4 thin slices)
2 cabbage leaves
salt & pepper
flour
1/2 Tbsp sake
1 Tbsp oyster sauce

Directions
1. Shred the cabbage and wrap with the pork, season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
2. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan and cook 1, then add sake and oyster sauce.
3. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces.

carrot
