Makes 300 ml / 300 gr / 10.5 oz confit
Confit is a French cooking method, referred toanything i.e. meat, fruit, vegetables preserved by slowly cooking it in any liquid. The word confit derives from the French verb confire, which meansto preserve.
This is my very simple recipe on how to make grape tomatoes confit. It needs 5 preparation before tomatoes are slowly baked in the oven, and then you will have juicy, sweet like honey tomatoes all-year round.
Lets see together how its done.
Suitable for vegans and fasting.

INGREDIENTS:
400 gr / 14 oz / about 35 pcs. Fresh, Grape Mini Tomatoes, washed
cup / 125 ml Olive Oil
3-4 twigs fresh Thyme
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
Ground Salt and Pepper
1.5 tbsp. / 20 gr / 0.7 oz Sugar
