All over India pakoras are known as bhajiyas/bhajji/bajji. This is a variation of the same using methi leaved

Ingredients:
Chick pea flour 1 Cup
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Carom seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Green chillies(chopped) 1 Numbers
Garlic(crushed) 1/2 Teaspoons
Cooking soda 1 Pinch
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt 0 To
Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoons
Onions(chopped) 1 Numbers
Methi leaves(chopped) 3/4 Cup
Spring onions 1/2 Cup
Oil To fry

Directions:
1. Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cooking soda, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, onions, methi leaves, spring onions, water and mix thoroughly.

2. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the bajji using hand and deep fry them until golden brown in colour.

3. Now the hot methi bhaji are ready to serve with tomato sauce.
