Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cooking soda, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, onions, methi leaves, spring onions, water and mix thoroughly. 2. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the bajji using hand and deep fry them until golden brown in colour. 3.
