Mapo Tofu
Ingredients
1 block thick, deep-fried tofu
100g ground pork
15cm Welsh onion
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
potato starch dissolved in water
sesame oil
scallions

A
1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp doubanjiang
1 tsp sweet bean sauce
2 Tbsp sake
200cc water

Directions
1. Cut the tofu into small cubes, and finely chop the Welsh onion.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan (not listed) and cook the pork, adding the garlic, ginger, and Welsh onion for aroma and flavor.
3. Add A and 1 (tofu), continue cooking, and also add chopped scallions.
4. Mix in the potato starch and sesame oil.
