Ingredients:
Prepare Cake:
-Anday (Eggs) 5
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup
-Cooking oil Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Sooji (Semolina) 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp
Prepare Mango Malai Milk:
-Aam (Mango) cubes 2 medium
-Olpers Milk 3 Cups
-Sugar Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Olpers cream 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
Prepare Cake:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat well until fluffy.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence & beat again.
-Add semolina and place a sifter on a bowl.
-Add all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt & sift all dry ingredients together then beat until well combined.
-Grease baking dish with cooking oil,pour prepared batter & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out cake from oven & let it cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Prepare Mango Malai Milk:
-In a jug,add mango and blend to make a puree (approx. 1 & Cup required) & set aside.
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add cardamom powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until milk is reduced to half quantity & keep mixing in between.
-Let it cool.
-Add cream,mango puree,whisk until well combined & set aside.
-Using a wooden skewer,poke holes all over the top of the cake.
-Slowly pour prepared mango malai milk (reserve 1 cup for later use) over the top of the cake, filling holes,cover with cling film & refrigerate until chilled.
-Pour reserved mango malai milk & garnish with almonds,pistachios & serve!

-Sooji dal dein & bowl per sifter rakh dein.
-Maida,baking powder aur namak dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Baking dish ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar batter dal ker few times tap ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 35 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal lein aur room temperature per 10 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
-Prepare Mango Malai Milk:
-Jug mein aam dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein (approx. 1 & Cup required) & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per doodh adha reh janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatyay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cream aur mango puree dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Wooden skewer ki madad sa cake ko poke ker lein.
-Tayyar mango malai milk ko cake ka upper dal ker holes ko fill ker lein (reserve 1 cup for later use), cling film sa cover karein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Reserved mango malai milk pour ker lein,badam & pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
