Try the Mango Malai Cake, made with the creamy goodness of Olper's Dairy Cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhjaye #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Oi7QSrRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Cake:-Anday (Eggs) 5-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup-Cooking oil Cup-Vanilla essence 1 tsp-Sooji (Semolina) 3 tbs-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup-Baking powder 2 tsp-Namak (Salt) tspPrepare Mango Malai Milk:-Aam (Mango) cubes 2 medium-Olpers Milk 3 Cups-Sugar Cup or to taste -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Olpers cream 1 Cup (room temperature)-Badam (Almonds) sliced -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions:Prepare Cake:-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat well until fluffy.-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence & beat again.-Add semolina and place a sifter on a bowl.-Add all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt & sift all dry ingredients together then beat until well combined. -Grease baking dish with cooking oil,pour prepared batter & tap few times. -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.-Take out cake from oven & let it cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
