Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Laung (Cloves) 3
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Javitri (Mace) 1 piece
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-9
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 3-4
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4-5
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Boneless beef 750g (boiled with ginger garlic & salt)
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup
-Cream 3-4 (room temperature)
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) sella 650g (boiled until done with salt & whole spices)
-Pyaz (Onion) fried
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2-3 tbs

Directions:
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,mix well and saut until translucent.
-Add cloves,green cardamom,mace,cumin seeds,cashew nuts,garlic,ginger,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add Kashmiri red chillies,tomatoes & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool completely.
-In a blender jug,add tomatoes & cashew mixture & blend to make a paste & set aside.
-In a wok,add butter,cooking oil & let butter melt.
-Add boiled beef and mix well.
-Add green chilli,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and mix well.
-Add blended mixture,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add yogurt,cream & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (6-8 minutes).
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,mix well & set aside.
-In cooking pot,add boiled rice,prepared beef gravy,fried onion,mint leaves,fresh coriander,boiled rice,prepared beef gravy,fried onion,mint leaves,fresh coriander,boiled rice,melted butter,cover & steam cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
-Mix well and serve with 7UP!

-Laung,hari elaichi,javitri,zeera,kaju,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kashmiri lal mirch aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Blender jug mein tamatar & kaju mixture dal dein aur blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein makhan aur cooking oil dal dein aur makhan ko melt ker lein.
-Boiled beef dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Haldi powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Blended mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Cooking pot mein boiled chawal,tayyar beef gravy,fried pyaz,podina,hara dhania,boiled chawal, tayyar beef gravy,fried pyaz,podina,hara dhania,boiled chawal aur melted makhan dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
