How to make Whipped Cream using Egg White?

The process is very simple and one can easily make whip cream at home using egg white and powder sugar. It is known as Swiss Meringue Cream. We haven't use unsalted white butter in it.

Soft peaks are for cake frosting and stiff peaks are used in piping.

Ingredients for Whip Cream Using Egg White are:

Egg White [एग वाइट] - 3 pcs
Sugar Powder [चीनी पाउडर] - 175 gms (1.5 cups)
Vanilla Essence [वैनिला एसेंस] - 1 tsp (or as per taste)
