We love Kimchi Jjigae (also known as kimchi soup or stew in English). This soup is super easy to make and you just need to cook some rice to go with it and call it a day. So easy! A big shout-out to Lady Boss Choi of Hanwoori Korean restaurant in Singapore. This restaurant is in our neighbourhood and her kimchi jjigae is really really good. If you don't like seafood, you can also use shabu shabu pork belly or beef. You don't have to season the meat, just add them around the same time as we added the seafood.See the ingredient list below for your easy reference. Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Happy cooking! Thanks for dropping by our channel. Please subscribe to stay tuned to our home cooking videos.
