Having opened his stall in Mar 2023, Mr Wong Chi Chung may be a newbie stallholder in Chinatown Complex hawker Centre. Coming from Hong Kong, he has worked as a Dim Sum chef in the food industry for the last 30 years.

Bearing with the long working hours, Mr Wong and his wife are committed to give customers their freshest food. Made from scratch daily, the couple serves meatballs, shrimp rolls and Ban Mian. Cheong Fun, which is made upon order, comes in 4 flavours - plain, shrimp, beef and Char Siu. The skin is slightly thicker and firmer, but nonetheless tasty.
