Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chawal (Rice) tota Cup (soaked)
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2-3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups
-Equal stevia 2 tbs or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Kewra essence tsp
-Papaya cubes
-Mixed fruits chopped
-Kiwi slices
-Papaya slices
-Strawberries slices
-Grapes slices
-Strawberries
-Kishmish (Raisins)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
-In a grinder,add rice,milk & grind to make a paste & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add pistachios,almonds & fry for 2 minutes.
-Add milk,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Now add ground paste,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & keep mixing in between.
-Add Equal stevia & mix well.
-Add cardamom powder,kewra essence,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-In a serving glass,add mixed fruits,kiwi,papaya,strawberry,grapes & prepared firni.
-Garnish with strawberry,raisins & pistachios.
-Serve chilled!

-Grinder mein chawal aur doodh dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pista aur badam dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Ab ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Equal stevia dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Elaichi powder & kewra essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Serving glass mein mixed fruits,kiwi,papaya,strawberry,grapes aur tayyar firni dal dein.
-Strawberry,kishmish aur pista sa garnish ker lein
-Thanda serve karein!
