Ingredients
3 cm lotus root (slices)
3 myoga (thin strips)
50 ml vinegar
3 tsp sugar

Directions
1. Put sugar, vinegar, and lotus root, myoga into a microwave-safe dish.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave (600W) for 1 minute 30 seconds,
and mix.
