Lemon, Polenta & Ricotta Cake

Hi! It's been a while but we are happy to be back with a new recipe video. This is an updated version of a cake from our Green Kitchen Travels book. It's the perfect combination of an Italian cheesecake and a soft crumb almond cake with a hint of polenta. Moist but not heavy and impossible not to love. And to make it even more special it has an upside-down lemon surprise and a little honey lemon drizzle. It's naturally gluten free so perfect if you have a gluten intolerance.
