Corn flour 1 tbsp. Plain flour½ tsp. Kashmiri chilli powder½ tsp. Black pepper 1 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste1 tbsp. Vinegar 3 tbsp. WaterSalt, to taste For the Sauce:-2 tbsp. Oil4 spring onions 1-2 Green chillies10 Cloves of garlic 1 Green pepper 1 Onion1 tbsp. Chilli sauce3 tbsp. Ketchup1 tsp. Corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp. Water Method:-- In a bowl mix the lamb with corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, vinegar and salt. Stir and add 3 teaspoons of water. Mix well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.- In a wok heat oil, and a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, onion and saute until the onions have softened.- Add capsicum, spring onions, green chillies, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, cornflour slurry and stir.
