Korean Short Ribs

I Love Ribs. There I said it. I Love Ribs. But, I have one problem with them. They take so long to cook. In order to really do ribs right, they need to go low and slow. The meat and fats needs time to render down a bit in order to get that soft, easy chew and that fall off the bone feel.

But sometimes were all under pressure and we dont always have a lot of time. Especially when you get the hankering for some ribs and you want them now. So I turn to my old friend the pressure cooker. Pressure cookers are great, because they seal tightly and create a pressurized environment for the food, and then the food cooks faster. And the good part is that its a natural cooking method, not a microwaved method.
