Prepare the sponge cake: You can bake your own or buy something from the store. We used a cream-filled strawberry sponge cake bought from the store.2. Mix in cream cheese and process until it forms a clay-like consistency. If it's a little soft, just put it in the fridge until the dough hardens.3. Mold the dough into balls.4. Leave in the refrigerator until chilled.5. Dip the tip of a cake pop stick (you can use pocky or any long stick snack) in melted chocolate and insert into the cake ball.6.
