Named after the Vietnamese word - mn n, meaning food, the stall is established by Mr Liew Chuk Kee and his wife Kim from Vietnam. Aspiring to introduce an uncommonly seen Hakka dish to Singapore locals - egg sausages, Chuk was determined to make it work. Egg sausage is made up of pig intestine filled with egg. Through much trial-and-error, Chuk came up with his own equipment design to help with the making process and today, he serves the delicacy to his customers.The couple also handmakes their own special meatballs. They are springy, bouncy, and juicy. A wide range of pork, ribs, pork shabu shabu, and offals like liver, stomach, heart, intestines, are offered.
