Peeling is cool, supreming in to sweet segments is cooler.Using a sharp knife, trim the top and bottom of an orange. Set the orange on one of its flat sides on a cutting board. Remove the peel by cutting around the circumference of the fruit. Set the orange on its side and cut a slice into the fruit along a membrane, then slice along the membrane next to it until the cuts meet, releasing the segment. Repeat with the remaining segments. Once you have removed all of the segments be sure to squeeze out any remaining juice!Subscribe to Munchies here: http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-MUNCHIES All Munchies videos release a full week early on our site: https://video.vice.com/en_us/channel/munchies Hungry?
