How to make ★Taiyaki★Fish shaped Red Bean Cake~鯛焼き~(EP149) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today we are making “Taiyaki” fish-shaped sweet cake.

The outside is crispy, and the inside is filled with sweet red bean paste. This is our favorite

treat of all time, especially in winter.

You can find it on the

street or we have a specialty shop nowadays.

You need a special pan for making this adorable fish-shaped cake.

・Tariyaki batter (10 taiyaki)
150g flour (cake or all purpose)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons sugar
1large egg
100ml milk
50ml water
A pinch of salt
500g Anko

・Anko (Red Bean Paste)
300g red bean
250~300g sugar
A pinch of salt
