Tsubu-an (sweet Azuki red bean paste with skins)Directions:1. Sift in cake flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well with a whisk.2. Add beaten egg and milk, then mix well with a whisk. (do not knead the batter)3. Heat the Taiyaki pan, grease the pan with cooking oil, on low heat, half fill the pan with the batter. Then place the filling (Tsubu-an) in the middle of the batter. Cover the filling with some more batter.4.
