How To Make Tabbouleh / Tabouleh / Tabouli Parsley Salad Recipe - No matter what you call this parsley and bulger salad; it tastes great! This is the perfect salad to stuff into your chicken shawarma wrap.
Ingredients
75 mL (⅓ cup) extra virgin olive oil
45 ml (3 Tbsp) lemon juice
60 mL (¼ cup) extra fine bulgur wheat
1 bunch parsley, about 2 cups chopped
1-2  tomatoes
2 whole green onions
Fresh mint leaves, optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
In a small bowl, mix together the bulgur, olive oil, and lemon juice; let it soak until it is soft and plumped, about 15 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley, onions, tomato, and mint, and place in serving bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, and then pour in the bulgur mixture.
Gently toss to combine.
Place in the fridge for an hour or two to allow the flavours to combine.
