ALMOND SLICES
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cups hot butter or substitute, part butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons soda
cup blanched almonds
5 cups sifted flour
teaspoon salt
Mix in order given.
Form loaf and chill thoroughly (over night if possible).
Slice in thin slices. Bake in hot oven (425-450 F.) on VIKO Aluminum Cooky Sheets.
