Make Keshar Rasmalai:
INGREDIENTS
FOR making CHENNA ball
• Full cream cow’s milk - 1 ltr
• Vinegar / Lemon juice - 2 tbsp / 30 ml
• Water - 1/2 cup

FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
• Sugar - 2 cup
• Water - 4 cup

FOR INSTANT RABRI / RABDI:
• Full cream milk - 500 ml
• Rose water - 1 tsp
• Saffron - 15 – 20 strands
• Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Now decorate the Rasomlaia with whatever looking beutiful you can
