Ingredients for Creamy Malai Chicken curry: - Chicken, curry cut with bones – 500 gms - Onions paste - 2 medium onionsFor the marinade :- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp - Coriander powder – 3 tsp- Garam Masala Holer – 2gms- garlic paste-2tsp- Ginger- – 2 tsp- Tomato paste-2TSP- Salt- 1 tsp- Green chiliesPaste-2 TSp -Coconut milk-1/2 cup- Cream- 4 tbsp- Refined oil- 4 tbsp & oil for frying the onions-Ghee-1TSpPreparation :- Wash the chicken & put in all the items for the marinade. Mix well. Set aside for around an hour.- Fry the onions onions until golden in colour.
