Hello friends today i am going to show you how cook a delicious recipe of chicken that is chicken creamy malai curry.But the colour and its taste is quite diiferent from other chicken malai curry.It is a very unique recipe that you will not find many vedios on this recipe.

Ingredients for Creamy Malai Chicken curry:
- Chicken, curry cut with bones – 500 gms
- Onions paste - 2 medium onions

For the marinade :
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder – 3 tsp
- Garam Masala Holer – 2gms
- garlic paste-2tsp
- Ginger- – 2 tsp
- Tomato paste-2TSP
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Green chiliesPaste-2 TSp
-Coconut milk-1/2 cup
- Cream- 4 tbsp
- Refined oil- 4 tbsp & oil for frying the onions
-Ghee-1TSp
Preparation :

- Wash the chicken & put in all the items for the marinade. Mix well. Set aside for around an hour.
- Fry the onions onions until golden in colour. Remove from oil & once it’s cooled.

Process :

- Take a kadhai & heat oil
- Now add the onions paste, mix it well with other pastes and continue to fry it on medium heat for 5-6 mins till oil separates.
Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken & cook on medium heat for 6-7 mins till most of water dries up.
- Add 250 ml of water and continue to cook covered on low heat for 15 mins till chicken is tender.
- Add the cocnut oil and cream for 2-3 mins.
-Now its ready for serv.
