Ingredients:
1 cup Maida or Refined Flour
1 tbs Oil or Ghee
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

Method:
Knead smooth pliable dough using flour, oil and water. Keep aside for 20 mins. Heat sufficient oil in Kadai.

Divide the prepared dough into small marbel sized roundels. Take one roundel; flatten slightly and with the help of few drops of oil, roll out a circle of approximately 5 inch diameter.

Roll out circles or luchis with the remaining portion of dough. Deep fry the luchis in hot oil till puffed up and golden.

You can serve the Luchi along with Aloo Dum.
