1 small bowl shrimps
4 -- 5 tbsp chickpea flour
Coriander
2-3 tbsp rice flour
1 medium sized onion chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp mix masala
½ tsp haldi (turmeric) powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Water
Oil

These cutlets are succulent and ooze with flavor. They are spiced with a lot of ginger and garlic with a hint of turmeric and mix masala.
