How to Cook Japanese Black Bean Rice | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I will show you how to cook black bean Japanese rice. When I went to family trip to Kusatsu onsen, i bought black beans from small shop. The store lady told me how to cook black bean rice. It will be a purple color rice and I thought I want to cook this recipe. Black beans are black soy beans, which you may be able to find in Asian grossary store or online store. Black beans are popular food in Japan for new years day. You can eat fibers and protain from black beans, and it is yummy!
