We didnt' use any prawns in our recipe but please feel free to add prawns for that extra crunch.For those of you who don't care much about the soup, just make wonton for your wonton noodles. However, if you are not so keen on wontons, you can skip this altogether and just make char siew noodles with the same sauce recipe that i've used for wonton noodles. They will taste equally delicious. For those of you who like Hong Kong style wonton noodles soup, you can add your thin egg noodles to this recipe and you have yourself a bowl of Hong Kong wonton noodles.
