How to make Homemade CHICKEN STOCK with a Kid

After finishing eating a chicken, save the carcass, put it in a zip lock and freeze it until you are ready to make a homemade "Chicken Stock".
Chicken carcass
OR
whole chicken (just make sure to take out the chicken in 1:20 mins)
1 Onion rough chop with outer skins included
4 or 5 cloves of garlic smashed with skins on
3 carrots rough chopped with skin
3 celery stalks rough chopped
2 stalks of rosemary
small bunch of thyme
2 bay leaves
tsp salt
4 peppercorns

Bring to a boil, simmer and cook "Chicken Stock" for several hours.

Strain and voila, you have a delicious homemade chicken stock. Freeze it for a rainy day or make it in your next homemade soup like
Pea & Leek soup.
