Homemade Spinach Tofu & Crispy Scallops in Salted Egg Yolk Sauce Chinese Recipe

Chinese families will gather for a reunion dinner on the eve of Chinese New Year to celebrate the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year according to the Chinese lunar calendar. Our dinner will usually be more extravagant than usual at this time of year. We think this Scallops & Spinach Tofu in Salted Egg Yolk Sauce recipe, which we fondly named it House of Prosperity , is perfect for your reunion dinner because it is both beautiful and delicious. Add this dish to your Chinese reunion dinner menu and your family will be blown away by your culinary prowess.

We've used Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder and Knorr SavorRich Chicken Concentrated Seasoning in this recipe to show how simple and useful they are to have in your pantry. Made with real egg yolks, Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder is highly versatile and perfect for stir-fry and gravy salted egg dishes. You can use them whenever you want and you don't need to take additional steps to prepare salted egg yolks. Knorr SavorRich Chicken Concentrated Seasoning is made with slowly simmered chicken. We love it because it has a rich, meaty flavour, similar to a long boiled homemade broth. We usually keep a bottle in the fridge and use it to add richness and flavour to our dishes.

By the way, this year is extra special for us because Roland is featured in Knorr's point-of-sale materials, which are distributed across Singapore's supermarkets. Keep an eye out for him and take a photo with him (LOL!) at the supermarket near you. Also, Knorr is running a special promotion in Singapore now. You'll get a FREE* La Gourmet 28cm Fry Pan (worth $79.90) with every $20 spent on Knorr Products. Purchases need to include a Knorr SavorRich Liquid Seasoning.
Promotion is valid from 3 Jan 15 Feb 2022, or while stocks last.
Redemption is available at selected stores only. Click this link for the participating store list. https://www.facebook.com/572215429469730/posts/5015202305170998/?d=n
