Homemade Tomato Puree
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 1 kg
-Lemon juice 2 tbs

Directions:
-Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
-In blender jug,add tomatoes,blend well and strain with the help of the strainer in a pot.
-Turn on the flame and cook on medium low flame until thickens (approx. 30-35 minutes) & keep stirring in between.
-Add lemon juice,mix well & cook for 6-8 minutes more to reduce moisture.
-Let it cool down (Yields 400g).
Storage in Refrigerator:
-Can be stored in an air tight jar/container for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Storage in Freezer:
-Can be stored in ice trays/small containers for up to 6 months in freezer.
-1 tbs of puree = 1 tomato

Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 1 kg
-Lemon juice 2 tbs

Directions:
-Tamatar ko small pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Blender jar mein tamatar dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker lein phir strainer ki madad sa pot mein strain ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 30-35 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur mazeed 6-8 minutes tak moisture kum hunay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein (yields 400g).
Storage in Refrigerator:
-Air tight jar/container mein dal ker 2 weeks tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Storage in Freezer:
-Ice trays/small container mein dal ker 6 months tak freeze ker saktay han.
-1 tbs of puree = 1 tomato
