Helmed by a husband-and-wife duo, Mr and Mrs Ng have been in the Dim Sum business for 15 years. Their Dim Sum and Pau are is freshly handmade and steamed, with each plate of Dim Sum offered at $2. Their Lo Mai Gai and especially Lotus Leaf Rice are also packed with flavourful and generous ingredients. Handmaking Dim Sum and Pau from scratch is no easy feat as it is tedious.
