Herbed Unstuffed Stuffing

Here's my take on a traditional bread stuffing. It's quick, easy and done outside of the bird. In fact, I don't ever recommend doing a stuffing in the bird. If you want to add a bit of poultry flavor, just use some chicken or turkey stock, or cover the stuffing with some gravy when you serve it.

This is a lose recipe. If there;s something in it you don't like, don't add it. Or if you want to add other items such as raisins, cranberries, walnuts etc. go for it. After all it's your food. Enjoy and happy eating.
