1 carton unsweetened almond milk
Choice of raw nuts
Choice of natural nut butter
Teas (green or black)
Bread (sprouted, whole grain, rye, sourdough)
1 choice of rice or grain (a complex carbohydrate)
1 carton eggs
1 carton egg whites
Choice of soda water and/or NON-sugary beverages
