Ham Cutlet
Ingredients3
100cc milk
50cc water
50g instant mashed potato mix
parsley (minced)
1 sausage (fat)
flour
egg (beaten)
panko
salt, black pepper
vegetable oil

Directions
1.In a bowl, combine the milk, mashed potato mix, and water.
2. Add parsley to 1 and mix.
3. Cut the sausage into 3cm pieces, add vertical slits halfway into the sausages and fill them with 2.
4. Put flour, beaten egg, and panko into prep dishes. Add salt and pepper to the panko and mix.
5. Take 3 and coat it, in order, with the flour, egg, and panko, and then fry it in oil at 170 .
