Grilled veggie wrap

These healthy and delicious veggie wraps are easy to make and perfect for lunch or dinner.
They are stuffed with Quinoa, Onions, Spinach, Red and Green bell peppers. This recipe is so versatile that you can change it according to your taste.
You can substitute Quinoa with any source of protein e.g.pan-fried Paneer , Tofu ,Soy etc.

Ingredients:
Oil- 4 teaspoons
Onion-1
Green bell pepper-1
Red bell pepper-1
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Quinoa- 1/2 cup
Spinach- 2 cups
Tortilla-4
Hummus- 4 tablespoons
Hot sauce- As needed
Servings:4

Directions:
1. Heat 2 tsp oil.Add and sauté 1 thinly sliced onion until soft. Set aside.
2. Add 1 thinly sliced Green and red bell pepper . Cook with 1/2 tsp salt until soft. Set aside.
3. Cook 1/2 cup quinoa until it is soft and fluffy.
4. Take tortilla on a board. Spread hummus to 3/4 of tortilla
5. Place 2 teaspoons quinoa, sautéed onions, sauteed bell peppers and spinach.
6. Drizzle sauce on top.
7. Fold it tightly.
8. Heat it on a grill or in a pan.

Veggie wraps are ready!!.
