Greg and Yon make Braised Half-dried Pollack (Kodari Jorim)

In this video, we have another Fish preparation, Braised Half-Dried Pollack (Kodari Jorim)! A full meal on its own, this dish can be served with rice and either with or without side dishes. Another Spicy Dish to keep things warmed up in the Winter! Enjoy!!!


Ingredients:

3 Kodari (Half-Dried Pollack)
2 DaePa (Large Korean Green Onion)
3 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Daikon Radish
1 Head of Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup + 2 Tbsp Ground Korean Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Mirin
