Hello viewers, Try this dhokla made out of green Gram. Usually its made of besan but people who wish not to use besan can try this recipe.

Green gram ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು
Ginger , chilli ಶುಂಠಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ
Hing ಇಂಗ
Eno fruitsalt
Mustard seeds 1 tsp ಸಾಸಿವೆ
Jeera 1tsp ಜೀರಿಗೆ
Curry leaves ಕರಿಬೇವು
Til seeds 2 Tsp ಎಳ್ಳು
Sugar 1 tsp ಸಕ್ಕರೆ
Water 3/4 cup ಸಕ್ಕರೆ
