Ginger,garlic,chillies ಶುಂಠಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಗು ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು
Jeera ಜೀರಿಗೆ
Onions 1 no ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ
Pinch of salt ಚಿಟಿಕೆ ಉಪ್ಪು
Tomatoes 2 nos ಟೊಮೇಟೊ
Chopped methi leaves ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಮೆಂತೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪು
Soaked almond and cashew
Butter 1tsp ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ
Oil 3 tsp ಎಣ್ಣೆ
Baby corn 8 pieces sliced ಬೇಬಿ ಕಾರ್ನ್
Capsicum 1no ದೊಣ್ಣೆ ಮೆಣಸು
Potato 1 no ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ
Coriander powder 1 tsp ಧನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ
Curd 1/2 cup ಮೊಸರು
Garam masala 1 tsp ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಪುಡಿ
Kasuri methi 1 tsp ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೇಥಿ
Sugar 1 tsp ಸಕ್ಕರೆ
