Serves 2 persons
Bruschetta is an antipasto (starter dish) from Italy, consisting of grilled bread and topped with various toppings. Lately, Bruschettas are very trendy in Greece.
Confit is a French cooking method, referred toanything preserved by slowly cooking it in any liquid.
This recipe for Bruschetta has a delicious Greek taste. After the bread is toasted, the amazing, spicy Tyrokafteri dip and mini tomatoes prepared as confit are spread on top for a wonderful sweet and tangy combo.
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS:
A large Bread Slice from Bread machine or 4 thick slices White Bread (1.5 cm / 0.6 in. thick)
80-90 gr / 2.8-3.2 oz / about 6 tbsp. Tyrokafteri Dip
12 Mini Tomatoes Confit
1 tbsp. fresh Oregano, finely chopped
Optional: Some fresh Rocket Leaves (arugula) for garnishing
