Ginger Pork
Ingredients
5 thin slices of pork belly
1/4 onion
1Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sake
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions
1. Cut the onion into thin slices.
2. In a bowl, mix the pork belly with the soy sauce, sake, ginger, and grated garlic.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, cook the pork with the ginger sauce.

Mixed rice
Ingredients
150g cooked rice
rice seasoning

Directions
Put the rice in a bowl, add some rice seasoning, mix evenly.
