Eggless Gulab Jamun Cake | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Fusion cakes are trending these days.This super easy eggless gulab jamun fusion cake is delicious and perfect for all occasions.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour- 2.5 cups
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract- 2 tsp
Vinegar- 2 tbsp
Butter- 1/2 cup
Condensed milk- 14 oz
Water- 1 cup

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine and sift all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add sugar. Blend all the ingredients.
3. Add vinegar, vanilla extract, butter, water and condensed milk. Mix wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into 2 round pans and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
5. Let it cool completely.Level both cakes.
6. Place the first cake on the table.Pour 4-6 tablespoons of gulab jamun syrup on top.Crush some gulab jamun into pieces and place them on top.
7. Place the other cake on top and pourb4-6 tablespoons of gulab jamun syrup.
8. Using the whipping cream, do the first crumble coat.Refrigirate for an hour or until the whipping cream doesn’t stick to the finger.
9. Do the second coat with colored whipping cream.
10. Finish the decorations. Place some gulab jamun on top.
