The perfect breakfast INGREDIENTS (8 servings):- 1 tsp active dry yeast- 1 tsp sugar- 1 cup warm milk- 1 tbsp olive oil- 2 cups all purpose flour- 3 eggs- 1 stalk green onion, chopped- 1 tsp salt- bacon pieces (optional)DIRECTIONS:1. combine yeast, sugar, milk, olive oil, and 1 cup flour2. mix well, and add in second cup of flour3. mix until it forms a dough4. cover for 1 hour to let the dough rise5. divide the dough into 8 sections and knead each piece thoroughly. flatten each piece into a disk about 6 inches in diameter6. to make the filling whisk together the eggs, green onions, and salt (bacon is also good)7. cook the bread in a large pan over medium-low heat8. wait until the bubbles start forming9. when the whole piece is blown up like a balloon, cut a hole and pour in some of the whisked egg10. move the egg around until it forms an even layer11. cook on each side12. serve and enjoy!
