When Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada put out an egg cracking challenge to anyone who could beat his time of 18:03 seconds for cracking 10 eggs with one hand, he didn't expect to be beat. Well a challenger from Austin Texas by the name of Vincent L. beat him by a pretty large margin! Granted, there were some egg shells that were were left behind with the cracked eggs, but it didn't matter. Vincent gave his best shot and deserves to win our $100 gift card.
