Eating 6-MONTH OLD Lime Water Preserved Eggs -- fried, whipped, baked -- How do they taste? | emmymade

Back in May when my chickens were laying like crazy, I preserved a dozen eggs in a solution of pickling lime and now, 6 months later I'm going to taste the results. How will they fare? Will they bake-up the same? Can I make a meringue?
