This tawa chutney is super delicious and super easy to make. You can prepare this within 10 minutes.This goes well with all indian tiffin varieties.Ingredients:Tomatoes- 1.5 lbsOil- 2 tspTurmeric powder- 1/2 tspSalt- As neededHing- A pinchSambar powder- 1 TspRed chilli powder- 1 TspMadras curry powder- 1 TspCurry leaves- As neededMustard seeds- 1/2 tspUraddal- 1 tspChannadal- 1 tspDirections:1.Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds.When the mustard seeds starts to crackle, add 1 tsp uraddal and 1 tsp channadal.2.Saute until dal turn golden brown.Then add curry leaves and tomatoes. Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes3. Then add turmeric powder, salt and hing and cook until the tomatoes are soft.4.Then add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp madras curry powder and 1 tsp sambar powder.5.
