Milk Bread Dinner Rolls that's just as fluffy and light as regular milk bread. Using an improved recipe with no Tangzhong (starter) which makes it simpler and easier. Great for Korean style bakery sandwiches like Ang-Butter () and Salad Sandwich (). Watch till the end for bonus recipe for Ang-Butter sand!

INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk (whole milk is OK too)
1/4 cup water
60 g unsalted butter (at room temp)
1 tsp sea salt
Dry Ingredients
365 g unbleached bread flour 365g = 2 3/4 cups
50 g sugar 50g = 3.5 Tbsp
2 Tbsp milk powder for bread
2 Tbsp potato starch
1 packet instant yeast = 7g
