500g vegetables (Daikon, Carrot, Cucumber)
2 tablespoons Shio Koji

〈Miso soup〉serves 4
200g vegetables (leftover from Tsukemono)
1 teaspoon Dashi powder
2 cups water
2 tablespoon Miso

〈Yuzu-miso Dengaku〉serves 2~4
150g firm tofu
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Yuzu-miso

〈Tamagoyaki〉Serves 1~2
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon Dashi powder
2 teaspoons water
4/5 teaspoon light soysauce

〈Vegan Caprese Salad〉serves 1~2
150g firm tofu
1~2 teaspoons Shio Koji
mini tomatos, salad greens of your choice
Rice vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil

〈Wakame in Sesame Vinegar〉serves 2~3
100g Wakame seaweed
2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon Dashi powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
